You will have an excellent knowledge of food and cooking styles. You will be working alongside one of Manchester's top chef's and be prepared to learn and expand your experience. Your hygiene and food control skills will be extemporary and you will be able to work well in a small team or on your own. You will have already worked in a kitchen that prepares a high class of food but want to learn more to develop yourself. Our menu changes weekly and you will embrace the new challenges every week.
